Job Summary
The Operations Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency and effective communication across key business functions. This role involves conducting data analysis to uncover root causes of operational challenges, supporting cross-functional collaboration, proactively managing internal knowledge flow, and developing internal and external communications. Additionally, the Operations Analyst will provide scheduling and operational project management support to enhance the efficiency of organizational processes.
Responsibilites
- Perform data analysis to identify operational inefficiencies and work with leadership to implement tactical solutions.
- Support cross-functional collaboration across Futurists, Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to streamline communication and operational efficiency.
- Proactively monitor and disseminate key operational updates to the Office of the Chief Executive Officer (OCEO).
- Research and compile new industry learnings, best practices, and operational insights for internal knowledge sharing.
- Develop internal and external communications, including updates to partners, internal teams, and newly integrated organizations.
- Manage scheduling and coordination of meetings, ensuring alignment with strategic projects and executive needs.
- Provide operational project management support, particularly for new organizational integrations and cross-functional initiatives.
- Prepare meeting materials, collaborate on agendas, and manage follow-up action items to ensure accountability and progress tracking.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration abilities with experience in operational efficiency initiatives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to develop internal and external messaging.
- Experience in project management and meeting coordination, including agenda setting and follow-ups.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and other productivity applications.
