Job Summary:
 
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Filevine Administrator with strong experience
in legal operations and project management to assist customers in optimizing their use of
Filevine legal tech platform. This role is integral in aligning technology solutions with the client
law firm’s operational goals, ensuring streamlined workflows, and driving adoption across
teams.
 
The ideal candidate brings a background in technical system administration paired with proven
experience in SaaS ecosystems, workflow automation, and platform administration. You’ll serve
as both a problem-solver and a strategic advisor, capable of leading cross-functional initiatives,
managing platform updates, and training staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise on Best Practices
  • Recommend efficient configurations, workflows, and customizations tailored to your firm’s structure
  • Solve and Teach
  • Proactively troubleshoot issues and empower others with training, documentation, and self-service tools
  • Drive Platform Adoption
  • Boost usage across teams by rolling out new features, identifying process improvements, and increasing visibility of platform value
  • Stay Current and Educate Your Team
  • Stay up-to-date on Filevine product releases and updates (LEX, milestone releases, and continuous product updates) and train your staff on new features
  • Support Onboarding/Offboarding
  • Own the tech side of employee transitions, ensuring each team member is equipped to succeed in Filevine
  • Identify Workflow Inefficiencies
  • Audit and improve your current processes by aligning Filevine’s tools with your operational goals

Qualifications

  • Technical Expertise: Hands-on administration of Filevine or comparable legal technology platforms.

  • Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of legal workflows, regulatory compliance, and high-level client service standards.

  • System Integration: Proficiency in managing SaaS ecosystems, including system integrations and end-to-end process automation.

  • Collaborative Leadership: Strong project management skills with a proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.

  • Bilingual Requirement: Must be fully proficient in both English and Spanish.

  • Educational Impact: Outstanding communication abilities tailored for user training, technical support, and organizational change management.

  • Technological Advocacy: A passion for solving complex problems, driving platform adoption, and empowering legal teams through technology.

  • Industry Background: Previous experience in a law firm, legal department, or paralegal role is strongly preferred.

Compensation Information: $45/hr
 
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. The total compensation package for this position will be determined by each individual’s location, qualifications, education, work experience, skills and performance.
