Jacqueline Bretell is no stranger to change. Having started practicing law at just 23, the CEO of Bighorn Law has seen her firm grow tenfold since joining it.
“When I started at Bighorn, there were maybe 10 of us, total. We could all fit in this really small conference room for our Friday morning meetings where we were all together. Now we have 92 people on our team and it's been an incredible amount of growth over the last 12 years.”

While previously evaluating medical records took hours, it’s now done “with a click of a button.” She says her team can make crucial case decisions “within a matter of minutes.”
The best piece of advice Bretell can give other personal injury firms is to invest in technology.
