As a Solutions Engineer you will be joining the team that is responsible for assisting Account Executives (AE) in presenting complex SaaS products to law firms and corporations by understanding the prospects' needs and preparing a compelling storytelling demonstration of Filevine in the demo environment. You are the technical expert who can both explain difficult concepts with simplicity to non-technical people as well as articulate the details to a more technical audience. With constantly evolving products you must have the curiosity and ability to quickly gain a deep understanding of the latest offerings, how they work, and the value they add. Overall, we are seeking an extremely driven and confident individual that can bring about great results within our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Assist AEs in positioning Filevine to clients seeking case management, AI, and contract management solutions particularly in the legal and corporate verticals.
- This is non-customer facing role with a focus on preparing and delivering dynamic storytelling demonstrations of products to our AE team.
- Continually improve your understanding of the intricacies of the Filevine offerings.
- Help in researching and developing solutions within the Filevine suite to solve customer needs.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a technical role, such as quality assurance, engineer in test or technical support.
- A curious mind that wants to know how it works and why it works; the type of person who can’t help but push a button to find out what happens when you do.
- Fluent in English. Strong communicator, ability to efficiently communicate with our account executive team in the US time zone.
- Problem-solving skills so you can listen to the customers’ desires and concerns, and then recommend solutions.
- Adaptable to sudden changes whether they be in a customer conversation or overall in business strategy.
- Legal software admin experience is a plus but not necessary.
