When does the event take place?

The event begins at 8:00 PM on March 9 and ends at 8:00 PM on March 11 with optional activities being hosted on the 12th.

Where is the event being hosted?

The meetings and lodging will take place at Four Seasons Hualalai. There will be activities and meals offsite, but roundtrip transportation will be provided by Filevine once the event has begun.

Do I need to book my accommodation?

As our valued guest, we have taken care of your stay at Four Seasons Hualalai from March 9-11. If you have any questions or requests, please email Keisha Crawford at [email protected]

Am I permitted to invite my spouse/partner and what are they invited to join?

Yes, you are welcome to have your spouse/partner stay with you and join us for specific activities. It will be notated on the agenda. Although, the majority of the event programming will be for CIOs only to ensure that the content and connections are focused.
Each room can accommodate 2 adults & 2 children, hotel needs to be aware of all guests.
NOTE: Children will NOT be permitted at any of the summit activities.

Do I need to book transportation?

Filevine will cover transportation during the event & RT transportation from the Kona airport to Four Seasons Hualalai.

Who is invited to attend the summit?

This is a private invite-only event for CIOs of active large law firms. The invite cannot be transferred without permission from our team.

If I want to extend my stay at Four Seasons Hualalai, is there a discounted room rate?

Yes, we have received special pricing for our guests to extend their stay three night following the event at a discounted rate based on availability. You will be responsible for paying for additional personal nights. To learn more, please email at [email protected]

Business casual during sessions - for dinners we encourage beach cocktail attire.
