Some of the day-day activities include:

  • Identifying and qualifying valuable and quality strategic partnerships
  • Developing and managing these relationships to ensure that mutually beneficial goals are achieved
  • Building systems and processes that will allow your ecosystem of strategic partners to scale and grow
