Performance Marketing Manager

Overview:

Filevine’s Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading our CPC efforts, including search engine marketing, affiliate marketing, and other cost per click demand campaigns with the intent of building a funnel of demand across all products and industries. The Performance Marketing Manager will report directly to Filevine’s Head of Performance Marketing.

What you will do:

  • Manage PPC efforts on Google AdWords, Bing, Twitter, LinkedIn, Capterra, G2Crowd, and other platforms as needed
  • Expand advertising campaigns for the purpose of improving sales, generating new leads, and strengthening lead nurturing efforts
  • Optimize performance via keyword research, copy and metadata improvements, and landing page testing
  • Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution across all digital marketing channels
  • Define and measure metrics to advise the Head of Performance Marketing, Head of Demand Generation, and SVP of Marketing on data-driven decisions regarding conversions, click-through rates, cost, and ROI
  • Work closely with Product Marketing and Brand Marketing leaders to seamlessly execute integrated digital marketing campaigns

  • You are strategically minded but practical in application. You love solving complex problems and are comfortable striking the balance between both approaches to do so
  • You have technical chops; whether it comes to implementing scripts or talking First Contentful Paint vs. Dom-Ready, you know your stuff and own the results
  • You have a voracious appetite for business growth and you thrive in fast-paced environments
  • You have outstanding communication and presentation skills; you are equally comfortable speaking in front of large audiences as with intimate groups of executives
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset with a high tolerance for ambiguity
  • You are biased toward action; you take a lot of initiative but are continuously collaborative

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a performance marketing role for B2B SaaS
  • In-depth understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hotjar, and other performance marketing tools
  • Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications
  • Strong track record of managing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly objectives
