Head of Marketing Operations

Filevine’s Head of Marketing Operations will lead the development of initiatives, analytics, and strategic planning efforts across the marketing team. As a master in cross-functional collaboration, martech, project management, and analytics, Filevine’s Head of Marketing Operations will build partnerships across the entire Filevine organization to ensure effective communication and timely deliverables. While this role reports to Filevine’s EVP of Marketing & Growth, it works hand-in-hand with Marketing’s leadership team to take on a chief-of-staff capacity in order to serve as a project leader, data oracle, and strategic advisor for all.

What you will do:

  • Act as a strategic thought leader to the SVP of Marketing & Growth and the marketing leadership team to develop and execute on plans that deliver continuous and scalable growth for Filevine
  • Own the marketing department’s PMO function including process management and cadence; instrument systems and improve the way the team communicates and aligns to the broader marketing vision
  • Oversee large, complex, cross-departmental projects, identifying and working closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure success
  • Manage the marketing team’s technology stack, including automation, data collection, and collaborative tools. Identify and recommend where new sales and marketing technologies present an opportunity to increase effectiveness
  • Forecast, measure, analyze, and report the impact of marketing campaigns; leverage quantitative skills to interpret data and gain insights that then translate into actionable changes
  • Act as a key stakeholder and partner with other ops teams to gain company-wide consensus and alignment to the broader company vision
  • Build, develop, coach, and scale a team of Marketing Operation specialists while facilitating an environment that bolsters creativity and accountability

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience running Marketing Ops or comparable Revenue Ops / Sales Ops position in a hypergrowth B2B SaaS environment
  • Advanced knowledge of Hubspot, Salesforce, or other comparable CRMs. Certifications preferred.
