The Sales Engineer reports directly to the Director of Sales Engineering and works in conjunction with key stakeholders and members of the Sales Organization. It is a must that you have the ability to gain extensive knowledge of the product, sales cycle and process. The role will primarily focus on facilitating technical demonstrations of the product, problem-solving, and addressing technical needs of prospective clients. Overall, we are seeking an extremely driven and confident individual that can bring about great results within our organization. This is an in-office position, working from Filevine Headquarters in Sugarhouse, Utah.

Who You Are

  • 2+ years in technology sales (active or operations) or equivalent experience
  • Keen attention to detail in identifying and determining client needs
  • Strong interpersonal skills: required for both building relationships and effectively communicating with others on the sales team
  • Proactive insight and problem-solving skills to promote sustainability and growth
  • Technically oriented, passion for process and consistency
  • Intellectually curious and creative in finding solutions
  • Someone who is able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with a high level of autonomy

What You’ll Own

  • Enable Sales Team Members in selling Filevine to clients seeking case management solutions and contract management solutions in the legal vertical and other industries
  • Provide deep knowledge of Filevine product(s) capabilities to prospective clients, supporting Sales Team members
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide technical sales support
  • Own and assist in all aspects of Sales Enablement; maintain, improve, and develop sales processes and methodology
  • Technical aspects of opportunities being managed by Account Executives and Account Managers
  • Assist with training of sales people
