Director of Product Marketing

The Director of Product Marketing is a key member of Filevine’s leadership team who is responsible for the strategy, planning, and execution of its go-to-market strategy across multiple verticals. As an unmatched expert in Filevine’s product capabilities, the Director of Product Marketing will map the market landscape, articulate ideal customer profiles, and chart paths forward into new areas of TAM expansion. Reporting directly to the SVP Marketing, this position interfaces with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to develop integrated cross-functional campaigns & initiatives that deliver best-in-class experiences from a prospect’s first brand interactions through satisfied customer engagements.

Job Duties:

  • Own the go-to-market strategy for all product launches, including the development of customer personas and channel strategies
  • Lead the entire Product Marketing function for Filevine, including developing strategic communications and product plans that align with overall Marketing directives
  • Oversee positioning, messaging, and communications that differentiate Filevine’s product suite to both internal and external audiences
  • Distill product complexities into easily digestible clarity; enable team of sellers, marketers, and other internal staff to do the same
  • Work closely with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to assess needs and create cross-functional initiatives
  • Communicate our customers’ stories to the industry by creating rich written, video, social, and other content that illustrates their success
  • Be an awesome, creative, reliable, professional, positive, intelligent, and fun team member

Desired Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience in product marketing management for B2B SaaS
  • Ability to develop processes while facilitating culture in a hyper-growth environment
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills; equally comfortable speaking in front of large audiences as with intimate groups of executives
  • Highly proficient in evaluating markets through primary and secondary research to determine sizing and develop competitive advantages through feature development
  • Comfortable collaborating on projects with a variety of personalities
  • Ability to act independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative thinker and problem solver
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to effectively manage workload with minimal supervision
