Client Support Specialist


Ringbird is a 24/7 specialized legal answering service offering legal intake, call answering, outbound calling, and dedicated customer service to hundreds of legal firms across the United States. Ringbird has an immediate opening for a Client Support Specialist to manage implementation processes and interact daily with clients to ensure issues are resolved, questions are answered and firms are happy.

Reports to:

Emily Basden, Director of Client Experience

What you will do:

  • Maintain a high level of Ringbird product expertise
  • Manage the implementation process across a variety of customer accounts
  • Interact with clients on a day to day basis to answer questions and resolve issues
  • Consult on best practices to determine firm protocols
  • Update firm protocols in the Ringbird application
  • Ensure clients are happy and no hurdles exist to ensure renewal
  • Act as a key partner to the Director of Client Experience to identify opportunities to improve process effectiveness and assist with strategic planning and goal development

  • You love solving complex problems and are comfortable balancing high-level strategy and implementable solutions simultaneously

  • You are biased toward action; you take initiative but are continuously collaborative


  • Experience working one on one with clients
  • Interpersonal and communication skills is a must
  • Organized, detailed oriented and timeline driven
  • Ability to multitask

  • Project Management Skills
  • Excel proficiency
  • Ability to manage workloads without being micromanaged
